Maureen Brady
Longtime travel management company executive Maureen Brady has joined business travel consultancy Areka as head of North America, effective immediately, the company announced Thursday.
Brady will lead Areka's "growth and development of the consulting services for clients across the North America region," according to the company. She will report to Areka CEO and founding partner Pascal Jungfer.
Brady has a long industry resume with travel management companies and consulting firms. She is the former COO and chief commercial officer of the U.S. operations of TMC Corporate Travel Management, the former SVP of Ovation Travel Group and the former SVP of business travel solutions at BCD Travel. She's also worked for World Travel, Inc., and Rosenbluth International.
Brady most recently served as chief commercial officer of Partnership Travel Consulting, a firm she joined in 2024.
"With the industry consolidating and increasing in complexity every day, we felt that hiring an experienced professional such as Maureen would make a difference for our clients," Jungfer said in a statement. "Her expertise will help us continue rolling out our fast-paced global growth strategy."
Previous Areka head of North America Wendy Prewitt last month announced on LinkedIn that she had joined Results Plus, a consulting firm co-founded last year by former Areka executive Louise Miller.
