BCD Travel has appointed Teri Miller EVP of its global client team. In the role, she will be responsible for BCD Travel's largest global customers and will report to global COO and CCO Mike Janssen. Miller has 27 years of experience at BCD and previously served as SVP of the global client team, where she oversaw a portfolio of global customers in the Americas and led the team in building, retaining and expanding the client base. Miller will replace Kathy Jackson, who has assumed the newly created position of VP and executive chair of sustainability.
