AIG Launches Business Travel Assistance App for U.S. Clients

American International Group released the AIG Business Travel Assistance app for U.S. travel accident insurance policyholders traveling globally. Previously available for European clients, the Android and iOS app features an emergency “help” button that connects travelers to AIG’s Global Service Center, travel safety training videos, a medical terms translation tool and a drug brand equivalency tool. Clients also can access policyholder information, AIG’s travel assistance website and country reports detailing security issues, health advisories and political conditions.
