Holiday Inn has signed 24 new hotels across Greater China, IHG Hotels & Resorts announced Monday.
The properties span key cities and regional markets to "serve a broad range of travel needs," including business travel, leisure and extended stays, according to IHG.
Some of the destinations include the Holiday Inn NECC Shanghai, which will aim to attract business and meetings, incentive, conferences and exhibition demand; the Holiday Inn Shanghai Caohejing, set in a high-tech industry corridor; and the Holiday Inn Beijing Haidian Xibeiwang, aimed at both business and leisure travelers.
IHG's Holiday Inn brand now has more than 165 open hotels and over 100 in the pipeline across Greater China, where it has operated for more than five decades, according to the company.
