David Wyshner has stepped down as CFO of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and will be succeeded by Michele Allen, formerly EVP and treasurer, effective immediately. Wyshner will serve in a senior advisory role reporting to CEO Geoff Ballotti until March 1, 2020. Allen has been with Wyndham in various capacities for 20 years, including as global SVP of finance and controller for the former Wyndham Hotel Group and as SVP of finance for Wyndham Worldwide. The company also promoted Barry Goldschmidt from deputy treasurer to treasurer.
