Serviced apartment provider for business travel SilverDoor has promoted Stuart Winstone to Group CEO, the company announced. Marcus Angell, who for 20 years has been the company's managing director, now will have the title of founder and chairman.
"In taking up this appointment, I recognize that our business, and the whole world, has been sent an enormous challenge, and my primary focus over the coming months is to guide us through this period and come out stronger for it," said Winstone, who Angell said in a statement has worked as his "right hand for the last 13 years."
"I'm really encouraged, for instance, when I see that our APAC region is already starting to show signs of recovery," Winstone said. SilverDoor's inventory includes more than 1,500 properties.
