will also open its first Cam Ranh location. The flagship Marriott brand
is expected to debut in Hanoi and Hoi An, while the Westin brand will debut in
Hanoi and Cam Ranh.
Marriott Executive Apartments will expand its presence in Danang.
Fairfield by Marriott locations are expected for Vinh Yen, Ha Long and

Danang, Ha Long and Nha Trang.
According to Lodging Econometrics, there were a

the close of 2021. The pipeline already accounted for multiple Marriott
projects, including a 4,200 dual-branded residential and office-hotel project in
Ho Chi Minh City that Marriott announced in 2021 as well as The Ritz-Carlton
Residences, Hanoi. Both those projects are expected to conclude in 2024.
