La Quinta Holdings has named Keith Cline as president and
CEO, effective immediately. Cline, who previously served as the company's CFO, has
been acting CEO on an interim basis since September, when Wayne Goldberg
resigned.
Cline joined La Quinta as CFO in 2013 and helped lead the company through its
initial public offering. Interim CFO Jim Forson will stay on as executive vice
president and CFO.
