InterContinental Hotels Group and Novum Hotel
Group will develop and franchise 20 hotels across Europe. The properties are to
be located in various markets, including Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.
This is IHG's first development agreement with Novum, which is based in
Hamburg, Germany, and operates a 99-hotel portfolio comprised mostly of three-
and four-star properties within Germany. IHG has more than 650 hotels across Europe
and 64 hotels in Germany.
