IHG Appoints Colleen Keating COO of the Americas

InterContinental Hotels Group has named Colleen Keating COO of the Americas, starting April 1. She will oversee operations for IHG's 3,800 hotels across the U.S. and Canada, strengthen ties with owners and improve performance support of franchisees. Keating most recently served as EVP of operations for Davidson Hotels & Resorts. Prior to that, she led franchise operations in North America for Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
