InterContinental Hotels Group named Laura Dinu director
of groups and meetings for the corporate sector. She will oversee the team of market
meeting directors, which contributes to IHG's strategy to increase direct
corporate group revenue. IHG also appointed Cindy Brewster, Meghan Forbes and
Kelly King as market meetings directors. Brewster will lead the development and
solicitation of corporate group meeting accounts based on the West Coast.
Forbes will oversee corporate groups and meetings from Silicon Valley and the San
Francisco Bay Area, as well as the Pacific Northwest. King will develop new
accounts and oversee existing IHG group business in the San Francisco Bay Area
and the Pacific Northwest. Stan Hershenow also has been named team lead for incentive
accounts.
