Choice Hotels and ServiceStar Hospitality will develop 14 WoodSpring Suites in Arizona, Colorado and Nevada. The extended-stay brand has a larger presence in the eastern half of the U.S. A Choice spokesperson said all the hotels will be under development by 2021. Choice also announced this monththat WoodSpring will add 27 properties in Michigan, North Carolina, Florida and Tennessee.
