Carlson Rezidor Sees Strong Growth in 2015

Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group reported a strong increase in its hotel signings for the third consecutive year, adding 120 hotels totaling almost 20,000 rooms during 2015. In the Americas, the group signed 54 hotels, a 35 percent year-over-year increase. Carlson Rezidor's current global portfolio is comprised of 1,400 hotels in operation and under development, with 280 hotels in the pipeline, a large portion to be located in Africa, India, Russia and Turkey. The company's full-year systemwide revenue totaled $7.3 billion, a 4.6 percent year-over-year increase.
