AccorHotels has signed a $63 million contract
with Brazil Hospitality Group to manage the group's 26 hotels, which range from
midprice to luxury. The company faced a challenging environment in Brazil in
2016, and full-year revenue per available room declined 2.4 percent. Accor, which
had 252 properties in Brazil prior to the deal, is the country's largest hotel
operator, according
Reuters.
