This property is located in the heart of touristic Vina del Mar, one block back from the coast. It overlooks the northern end of long Acapulco Beach and a small, landscaped city park.
The eight-story hotel building was constructed in the 1960s as Atton Hotel, with typical architecture of the era. Over the decades, it has been an important iconic hotel in Vina del Mar, with a large repeat following of guests from Santiago and Vina del Mar.
