This mid-19th century manse is carved into a tiered plot with views of Bella Isola popping out of the Ionian Sea and the occasionally snow-capped Mount Etna in the distance. Despite its hillside locale, the beach and Greek amphitheater are within walking distance; San Domenico church is a 10- to 20-minute stroll depending on your pace; and the cable car down to the shoreline is also doable.
