Located past unassuming gates fronting celebrity mansions, the marquee out front is a constant reminder of who's in charge here. If you happen to forget, there is a stash of Beanie Babies secreted off in a corner of the lobby: This is the house that Ty Warner built; or, more properly put, the house that Ty rebuilt following wildfires years ago.
