Location and History
Plopped down in the epicenter of beach activity, a short stroll from the pier, this hotel ranks with the Hotel Milo as one of the two most substantial beachfront inns here—and by "beachfront," across the road from the beach is more accurate. No hotels in SB really sit beachfront.
The hotel's owners renovated a neighboring building to expand into the State Street annex adding more accommodations between the famous beach and downtown area.
