This hotel's famed fairytale-castle facade is a proud symbol of Quebec City that dominates the skyline from the Old Port below. The 18 story hotel with its turrets and towers was modelled on French fortresses in the Loire Valley and occupies the site of the former residences of the French governors from 1620 to 1834.
