The behemoth has the dubious title of being the country's most expensive hotel complex to build (more than US$400 million) and one of its most expensive, to stay in. This is part of the Crown complex trio sitting near the posh Crown Metropol and the more subdued Crown Promenade. It is near Burswood Park, the Optus Stadium, and across the meandering Swan River from the CBD.
