In the 3rd arrondissement, three blocks from either Filles du Calvaire or Saint-Sebastien Froissart metro stations, 1 km north of the Seine in the northern Marais near the Picasso Museum, in a modest, five-story historic town house, this was once the oldest bakery in Paris, dating to Henry IV, a place where Victor Hugo bought baguettes. The old Boulangerie sign is still painted on the exterior, and unsuspecting shoppers still come in daily to purchase a baguet...
