Just south of the river, in the heart of burgeoning Brickell, occupying the entire 1400 block and towering over the Biscayne Bay skyline, this hotel, in a 64-story building, is one of the tallest residential buildings south of New York City, with residences on floors 37-64 and the hotel guest rooms on floors 23-36.
