Located on the same maple-shaded cul-de-sac as the creatively eclectic Knightsbridge Hotel and the Beaufort House serviced apartments, a little more than a block from Harrod's, this demure boutique operation suffers from the limitations of its size: tiny lobby, diminutive elevator, narrow hallways, and small guest rooms with average decor. The human touches are what set it apart, from the free soft drinks and cream tea to the smiling sociable staff.
