This is one of the closest hotels to the Johor Bahru CIQ Complex (Customs, Immigration and Quarantine). Hotel guests can virtually walk under cover all the way from the hotel and through adjoining shopping centers to the complex.
It is within yards of Komtar Shopping Mall, City Square Shopping Mall, the railway station and the Persada Johor International Convention Center. The malls are full of shops and restaurants that do a lively trade.
