Once part of Aston Hotels & Resorts, then OLS Resorts, the hotel was purchased by MacNaughton, a real estate investment firm in 2021. They also own and operate Lotus Honolulu at Diamond Head.

The hotel is currently operating as an independent, and its small room count should prove very manageable.
