Once the only Park Hyatt in Germany, this well-located hotel has made a new name for itself under the Conrad brand. It sits within the historically protected Levantehaus building (originally the offices of German Levant Shipping Line) that dates back to 1912. It is also central to all of Hamburg, including the main train station and along the city's top shopping lane.
