Tucked inside Union Station, this is one of a growing number of colorful independents in Denver. Originally opened in 1881, the echoing terminus has been transformed, and Union Station's grand hall, which once impressed cross-country train travelers, now impresses hotel guests, visitors and locals aimed at its popular dining and drinking establishments.
