Perched on a mountain at the end of a steep, winding road, this small boutique-hotel's location provides some of the Rockies' best panoramas, and its size sets the stage for an intimate stay with personalized service.
A bit of a trudge during the weary winter months, it offers friendly service and updated interiors with rustic elegance, all at relatively moderate rates. Facilities are limited, but this is a comfy aerie that leapfrogs Aspen's B&Bs.
