The average first-quarter daily rate at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts properties increased slightly year over year,
the company reported on Tuesday. ADR was $66.43, up from $66.14 in the same period last year. Occupancy across its 7,637 lodging properties was 49.4 percent, up from 48.8 percent. Wyndham's first-quarter net income improved to $122 million from $90 million in the first quarter 2014.
