The average daily rate at Wyndham Worldwide properties during the third quarter increased 0.3 percent year over year.
ADR was up modestly across most brands and by 20 percent at Wyndham's franchise boutique Dream brand. ADR was down year over year at Wyndham's midprice Tryp brand, its extended stay Hawthorn brand and its economy Super 8 brand. Overall Wyndham Worldwide occupancy increased by 1.1 percentage points to 58.1 percent. Wyndham Worldwide's reported net income for the quarter was $159 million, down from $175 million in the third quarter of 2011.
