The average daily rate at Wyndham Hotel Group properties increased by 1.6 percent year over year during the second quarter,
and occupancy increased by 1.9 percentage points to 54.9 percent. Quarterly net income for Wyndham Worldwide, which also includes Wyndham’s vacation rental and ownership business, was $128 million, up from $108 million in the second quarter of 2011.
