The average daily rate at Wyndham Hotel Group properties increased 1.9 percent year over year to $65.66 during the first quarter,

the company reported on Wednesday. ADR increase at all brands except Hawthorn Suites, Baymont, Super 8, Dream and Night. Wyndham brands' total occupancy increased by 1.1 percentage points to 47.3 percent. Wyndham Worldwide net income for the quarter was $27 million, down from $32 million the previous year.
