In Phoenix, ADR increased 12.9 percent year over year to $153.66, the largest percentage increase among the nation’s top 25 markets. Only two of the top 25 markets had ADR decreases: New York (4.5 percent to $197.42) and Norfolk/Virginia Beach (0.4 percent to $69.20).
