Pegasus Solutions promoted chief web officer David Millili to CEO,
replacing Mike Kistner who is leaving the company for undisclosed reasons. Millili joined Pegasus last year when it acquired hospitality web marketing supplier Open Hospitality, which he founded. Millili had continued to serve as Open Hospitality's CEO following that acquisition.
