Occupancy and average daily rate at Wyndham Worldwide held almost even year over year during the fourth quarter of 2014,

the company reported on Tuesday. The fourth-quarter occupancy rate across its 7,645 lodging properties was 50.6 percent, up from 49.1 percent. The ADR was $67.27, down from $67.36 in the same period of 2013. Annual results for 2014 held similarly steady, with year-over-year occupancy increasing to 54.5 percent from 52.7 percent and ADR increasing to $68.94 from $68.27. The company's fourth-quarter net income dropped to $81 million from $86 million. Wyndham Worldwide's 2014 net income was $529 million, up from $433 million.
