Loews Hotels & Resorts has acquired the Mandarin Oriental San Francisco and will include it in a new luxury brand,
the company announced. The Loews Regency brand will offer similar amenities to those at the newly renovated Loews Regency New York. Loews plans to expand the brand to other destinations, according to the company. The 155-room Mandarin Oriental will be rebranded as the Loews Regency San Francisco.
