Choice Hotels International reported fourth-quarter occupancy of 55.1 percent, up from 51.4 percent in the same period in 2013,
the company announced Friday. The average daily rate across Choice's 6,379 rooms was $74.42, a year-over-year bump of 3.8 percent. Occupancy for full-year 2014 was 59.5 percent, up from 56.4 percent in 2013, and ADR was $77.03, up from $74.76. Choice's fourth-quarter net income was $25 million, up from $23 million, and its full-year net income grew to $123 million from $113 million in 2013.
