CWT appointed CWT Sato Travel president Nick Vournakis managing director of CWT's global customer group, effective July 1. Vournakis will be responsible for all of CWT's global customer accounts and retain his existing responsibilities with CWT Sato Travel, CWT's military and government division. He will report to CWT chief customer officer Kelly Kuhn. In his 20 years with CWT, Vournakis has held a variety of positions, including SVP general manager of CWT Canada, SVP of global marketing and VP of solutions group worldwide.
Vournakis will take over for current global customer group lead Cathy Voss, who effective July 1 will take the role of senior strategic advisor as she transitions into retirement. In her new role, Voss will support strategic commercial initiatives for the customer organization and continue to report to Kuhn.
