Global mobility specialist Vialto Partners has added a team of nine immigration legal professionals to its Vialto Law division, a firm that specializes in U.S. immigration, the company announced.
The team includes two new partners for Vialto: Donald Sheppard and Regina Knoll, previously partners at San Diego-based firm Higgs Fletcher & Mack. Sheppard is a specialist on immigration and nationality law who advises corporate clients on employment-based immigration matters, and Knoll specializes in "complex employment-based and extraordinary ability immigration cases," according to Vialto.
The new team will be based in San Diego, the company said.
Vialto noted that it is seeing rising demand for immigration counsel amid growing the complexity of immigration requirements. The new team of nine follows the addition of 30 immigration legal professionals from Seyfarth Shaw to Vialto Law in October of last year.
