Turkish Airlines beginning Nov. 15 will make Detroit its 13th U.S. destination, the carrier announced Wednesday. The carrier will operate service between Detroit and Istanbul three times weekly using Boeing 787-9 aircraft. On Dec. 25, the airline will add a fourth weekly flight. Turkish Airlines also said it plans to start service to Denver later this year but did not specify a launch date.
