Turkish Airlines on May 27 will launch its 12th U.S. gateway city with direct service between Istanbul Airport and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, the carrier announced Monday. It will be the carrier's first gateway in the Pacific Northwest, according to Turkish Airlines. The flights will operate four times weekly on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday using a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft configured with 300 seats.
