Radisson Hotel Group and Finnair have formed a
loyalty partnership that allows Radisson Rewards and Finnair Plus members to
redeem points for flights and hotel stays, the companies announced Thursday.
Radisson Rewards Points now can be converted
into Finnair Plus Avios with 10 points equal to one Avios, and Avios can be
converted to Radisson Rewards Points with three Avios equal to five points.
Finnair Plus members also are eligible to
match their status to Radisson Rewards. Status for Radisson Rewards members
will not be matched by Finnair Plus, but rather a "selected number"
of Radisson Rewards premium and VIP members will have access by invitation only
to Finnair Plus silver, gold and platinum tiers, according to the companies.
The partnership brings together Nordic and
Baltic air travel specialist Finnair and Radisson Hotel Group's global network
of 1,600 hotels across more than 100 countries.
