Peninsula Hotels has extended the cancellation policy it enacted due to the spread of the coronavirus to all of its properties, not just those in Greater China. Travelers to any Peninsula hotel at any location across the globe can cancel their bookings through April 30 without a fee, according to a company spokesperson. This makes Peninsula possibly the first hotel company to offer a global cancellation policy update due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
