Chinese travel management company Tongcheng Corporate Travel has joined GlobalStar Travel Management as a partner, which the travel management organization said adds "a significant extension" to its Asian footprint.
Tongcheng Corporate Travel, which was established in 2003, offers travel, expense, payment and reimbursement services. It is a part of Tongcheng Travel, which has a particular focus on lower-tier cities in China, according to the company. GlobalStar CEO James Stevenson in a statement said Tongcheng will provide its network with "deep, local knowledge and expertise" for the "intricate" Asian corporate travel market.
GlobalStar reports a network covering more than 2,500 locations in more than 55 countries.
