Etihad Airways has expanded its "Verified to Fly" travel document validation program to be available across most of its network, the carrier announced.
Through the program, travelers can submit travel documents related to Covid-19 requirements through Etihad's Manage my Booking feature and receive confirmation when they are approved. They then can check in at a special Verified to Fly check-in desk.
Etihad first launched the tool in early June and since has expanded its availability across most of its departure points. Travelers using it so far have seen their processing times at check-in reduced by about half, according to Etihad.
