Avianca plans to launch on Oct. 27 daily flights between Chicago O'Hare International Airport and El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá, Colombia, the carrier announced Wednesday. Avianca last flew the route in 2019. The carrier said it would use Airbus A320 aircraft with capacity for 180 passengers. Once activated, Chicago would be the 13th city Avianca flies to in North America, according to the carrier.
