Air Canada beginning April 2 will launch year-round direct service between Vancouver, B.C., and Manila in the Philippines, the carrier announced Thursday. The new route will operate three times per week to start and increase to four times weekly on May 1. Flights will be operated with Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft with three cabins: Signature Class, Premium Economy and Economy.
