Wachovia Corp. this fall will reintroduce corporate and purchasing MasterCard payment solutions for small to midsize corporate clients

as part of a new partnership with GE Money Corporate Payment Services. Wachovia will sell and manage the cards, while CPS will provide all back-office functionality and reporting. Wachovia terminated a joint marketing agreement with MBNA last November and announced plans to re-enter the credit card business.
