La Quinta Inns & Suites now is providing electronic
folio data and receipts through the Concur Connect program, the companies
announced. The program enables La Quinta properties to send detailed
transaction data from Concur users' hotel bills directly to expense reports.
A La Quinta spokeswoman said 804 properties—most of the
company's portfolio—are participating. The four that are not include three
international properties and La Quinta's Manhattan location, which runs on a
different property management system than the rest of the portfolio.
Other hotel companies that provide Concur with electronic
folio data include Accor, Choice, Hilton, InterContinental, Marriott and Starwood.
