J.P. Morgan, IBM Tool To Load Card Data Into Expense Reports
J.P. Morgan and IBM today announced an alliance to market a tool that integrates J.P. Morgan-issued corporate cards with IBM's Global Expense Reporting Solutions.
The integrated tool will upload J.P. Morgan's corporate card transaction data, along with travel suppliers' electronic receipt data, into IBM's system and populate the expense report under the relevant categories. The tool also combines J.P. Morgan's PaymentNet reporting tool with IBM's auditing capabilities.
The two companies said they planned to market the integrated tool at a "significant discount."
"By partnering on a more formal basis, J.P. Morgan continues to enhance the power and scope of its commercial card offerings while bringing greater value to its clients," J.P. Morgan global commercial card executive Eduardo Vergara said in a statement. "IBM's significant partnerships in the travel booking industry enable us to offer a powerful end-to-end solution."
